New Connection Requirements

Follow these steps to apply for a new electrical connection. Apply Online Here

Ang mga sumusunod ay mga dokumento na kailangan ipasa para sa New Connection:

  • Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) — NO PROXY ALLOWED
  • Certificate of Financial Electrical Inspection (CFEI) – LGU
    • a. Electrical Sketch Plan – 9 outlets or less, or
    • b. Electrical Plan-blueprint – more than 9 outlets
  • 1×1 Latest ID colored picture, 1 pc. (optional)
  • Proof of House/Bldg. Ownership (duly notarized):
    • a. For Individual Applicant – Any of the following: TCT; Deed of Sale; Affidavit of House/Bldg. Ownership; Contract of Lease/Rent/Permit
    • b. For Public Bldg./Business Establishments/Juridical Entities: Any of the following: Authorization/LOI/SPA/Lease/Rent/Permit
  • Clearance of PB Accounts
  • Official Receipts of KWH Meter & SDW/Transformer
  • Tax Identification Number

Ang mga sumusunod ay mga dokumento na kailangan ipasa para sa pag-apply ng "Change of Billing Name (CBN), Transfer of Membership (TOM), Service Extension"

  • Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES) — NO PROXY ALLOWED (para sa hindi pa miyembro ng SORECO II)
  • 1×1 Latest ID colored picture, 1 pc. (optional)
  • Proof of House/Bldg. Ownership (duly notarized):
    • a. For Individual Applicant – Any of the following: TCT; Deed of Sale; Affidavit of House/Bldg. Ownership; Contract of Lease/Rent/Permit
    • b. For Public Bldg./Business Establishments/Juridical Entities: Any of the following: Authorization/LOI/SPA/Lease/Rent/Permit
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)

Ang mga sumusunod ay mga dokumento na kailangan ipasa para sa pag-apply ng "Piso Para sa Tugang (PPT)"

  • Application Letter (Available at SORECO II Satellite/Sub-offices)
  • Death Certificate (Original/Authenticated Copy)
  • Marriage Contract/Certificate (if the claimant/payee is the legal spouse)
  • Birth Certificate (if the claimant/payee is the child/parent/sibling of the member)
  • Special Power of Attorney (if the claimant/payee is one of the heirs)
  • Latest 3 months power bill
  • Change of Billing Name (CBN) / Transfer of Membership (TOM)
Tandaan: Hindi po mapo-proseso kaagad ang inyong PPT Application kung hindi kumpleto ang inyong mga dokumento.

Ang mga sumusunod ay mga dokumento na kailangan ipasa para sa pag-apply ng "Piso Para sa Tugang (PPT)"

  • Proof of Age and Citizenship
    • a. Birth Certificate
    • b. Valid Senior Citizen I.D.
    • c. Proof of age & citizenship (ex. Phil. Passport, SSS/GSIS, PRC card, postal I.D. or driver's license)
  • Proof of Residence
    • a. Brgy. Certificate
    • b. Affidavit of 2 disinterested persons duly notarized & has known the senior citizen for not less than 1 year.
  • Proof of Billing
    • a. Copy of electric bill under senior citizen's name
  • Proof of Authority (if thru representative)
    • a. Valid I.D. of the representative
    • b. Authorization letter duly signed/thumbmark by the senior citizen end-user & shall be valid for 1 year.
